Our support to the Growers is intended to create an enabling environment for them to be active players along the industry value chain. Our approach is rooted in the principle of addressing skewed partnership and inequity in the industry. We target to bring to the forefront the capabilities of black growers by improving their access to the required support geared towards sustainable growth. Central to our approach is to develop partnerships with like-minded organisations to bring about the desired results. Our engagement is channelled to raise the voice of the previously marginalized and strengthening their decision-making capacities. Furthermore, the company will put special emphasis on the role to be played by women and youth realising the potential of this sub-sector. We also intend to create platforms for Growers to share information and knowledge to overcome barriers to inclusive and sustainable growth.
